BEST IN CEDAR PARK

I have been to numerous shops in cedar park, TX. but none has stood out more than Hutch's Body shop. They informed me that my insurance company may not approve of paying the difference of the oem vs. aftermarket parts, but they were able to negotiate with my insurance to make it right. Dont be fooled by your insurance company, cause they told me that aftermarket parts would fit good but they dont. Hutch's was able to negotiate and i was not out of pocket, less my deductable. I was given a repair date of 5 days, but with the insurance company dragging their butt, it took 10. I was informed anytime Hutch's made contact with my insurance. My insurance company also informed me when additional costs were submited. The actual repair time took longer because my insurance took soo long to review the additional damaged parts. Hutch's informed me they could not order the additional parts until the insurance approved them, which added time to the repairs. All-in-All i was very happy with Hutch's, but not so happy with my ins. company. If you want youre vehicle repaired properly visit Hutch's, if you want it patched this would not be the shop for you. Overall opinion is very satisfied, i would recomend this shop because they made it their effort to make a proper repair for the saftey of my family, the ins. company wanted to cut costs and tried refusing quality parts. CHOOSE YOURE INS. WISELY

Best Body Shop in the Hill Country

Just picked my Infiniti up and the repair job was Fantastic. Very friendly staff, Very good repair, Very good to do business with. Thanks Hutch's! Hope I dont see you again, but I will send all of my business associates! Repairs were on time, and my vehicle was Detailed very nicely when I picked it up.

I was very impressed with his receptionist and office decor. The estimate seemed fair, and was about the same cost as other estimates I had recieved. I was a little nervous about using Hutch's because they were not on My Insurance's "preferred list," but choose Hutch's for the repair based on my friends recomendation. WOW! What a great repair! Jay, one of the estimators at Hutch's, worked with my Insurance Company because additional damage was found. He negotiated the addtional repair cost, and also got me OEM parts for my Mazda. Go Jay! The repair delivery date had to be moved later than I expected but with the additional damage found I would rather have had my Mazda repaired correctly than just Slammed together. Thank you Hutch's for protecting my investment! Thank you Jay for looking out for my best interest and using Mazda Parts from Mazda! You want it done roght? Go to Hutch's!!

Service at it's WORST (in fact, you can't even call it service)

Have to agree with riffraff98 and Texas36. I had a bad experience here as well. My insurance company recommended them, but I have since let them know not to send future business to Hutch's. My car was not ready on the promised date. The people were unfriendly. When I pointed out a scratch on the door that was not repaired, the blamed us and said that the scratch was pre-existing. They were especially rude and very short with my wife. I highly recommend that you look for other shops in town to do your work. I know I will.

Another Wonderful Repair!

Well, had another accident. This time it was my husbands truck. Once again Thank you Hutch's for the best repair I could have ever gotten. Truck was cleaned after the repair, and you even dressed the tires & cleaned it up inside! Wow, my husband was really inpressed. It has been a month since the repair and my husband told me the truck still looks like new again. THANK YOU Hutch's and thanks to your wonderful staff!
